Terms and Conditions

Entries must be made by submitting a valid invoice number relating to sales of Volkswagen Accessories raised during the promotion period of 01.10.2025 to 13.12.2025. The official form will be available from 17.10.2025 until 06.12.2025. The incentive will end on 13.12.2025.

Entries must be submitted between 07:00 Monday and 20:00 Saturday each week of the incentive period. Entries submitted after this point for that week will not be counted. The incentive restarts at 07:00 each Monday.

Entrants will earn ‘spins’ based on the value of accessories sold per transaction and the number of valid invoices submitted.

To be eligible, the transaction must include a minimum accessories purchase of £75 (including VAT) in a single transaction.

Entrants will receive 1 ‘spin’ per valid transaction and invoice submitted.

Each qualifying invoice can earn up to 3 spins, depending on the total value (£75 = 1 spin, £150 - £200 = 2 spins, £200+ = 3 spins).

Multiple entrants per site can enter, as long as they have a qualifying sale.

Catalyst For Aftersales invoices will be validated using data entrants may be contacted for further information to confirm validity of an entry.

Non Catalyst For Aftersales invoice will need to be emailed to oneaftersales@waachosen.co.uk, along with name and retailer, for validation. Entrants may be contacted for further information to confirm validity of an entry.

The incentive is open to entrants from One Aftersales brands only, Audi is not included.

All eligible participants will receive an email the following week after qualifying, by meeting the above criteria. The email will contain a unique link which enables participants to access the ‘Spin to Win’ platform.

For every week the participant takes part in the promotion they will receive a new email. Their unique link will stay the same throughout the promotional period.

The link will contain the Retailer Number unique to the entrant. Once clicked, the entrant will be recognised and granted access to the site to play and ‘Spin to Win’.

Prizes will be allocated based on which segment of the wheel that the arrow lands on.

Not all spins will receive a prize. Prizes are allocated randomly. All prizes available throughout the promotion will be shown on the wheel.

Spins can be redeemed from 14:00 on a Monday until 20:00 on a Saturday. An email will be sent to all qualifying entrants each Monday with a link to access the ‘Spin to Win’.

Any unclaimed spins will expire by Saturday at 20:00 of the same week. Spins cannot be accumulated or saved for future weeks. Opportunity to re-enter the incentive begins on Monday at 07:00 of the following week.

When participants ‘Spin to Win’, the prize will be displayed immediately, along with the redemption link to their prize. This will also be sent to them via email. The redemption link will only be able to be claimed once.

Fulfilment of prizes will be handed by WAA Chosen.

Emails will be sent to the email address that the participant enters when prompted on the site. Once entered this email address is final.

Prizes are digital voucher codes and will only be distributed via email. No alternative is available.
Offer not open to employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and anyone else connected with the promotion, save that employees of independently franchised Volkswagen Group retailers may participate in the competition.
The prizes that can be won are:

1,630 × £5 Vouchers – Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Greggs

700 × £10 Vouchers – M&S, Amazon, Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Greggs

470 × £25 Vouchers – Amazon, The Dining Out Card, Deliveroo, M&S
The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received and shall be notified by email. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The Promoter reserves its right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion and/or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrants it believes not to be participating within the spirit of promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behavior. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
If at any time you wish to withdraw from the prize draw your request should be made in writing to the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control.
Entrants will also need to provide a valid email address and/or contact telephone number (these details shall only be used to contact the winners, and such information shall be destroyed by the Promoter after a reasonable period).
If there is a conflict in the Terms and Conditions to this prize draw with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this draw, these conditions will apply.

The Competition and these terms and conditions (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law and any disputes or claims must be referred to the English courts.

Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited (the "Promoter") and used only for the purpose of administering the competition in accordance with the competition Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis for the Promoter's processing. If you do not provide your personal data, the Promote cannot process your competition entry and cannot notify you if you are successful.
If you are not successful in winning the competition, the Promoter will delete your information promptly after the incentive has finished. If you are successful, then the Promoter will delete your information after administration of prizes and related activities.
The Promoter will not disclose or share your information with any third party other than those who are engaged by the Promoter to administer the competition. Your information may be sent to countries outside of the European Economic Area where the Promoter's (or its third parties') processing equipment is located in another country but the Promoter ensures that any transfer happens in accordance with the law.
Entrants have various rights with regard to their personal data which the Promoter holds about them:

(a) a right to request a copy of that information;
(b) a right to require that the Promoter erases your information (but note that this will automatically remove your entry from the competition); and
(c) a right to amend your information.
To exercise any of these rights, please write to the Legal Department, Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, Yeomans Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. You will need to make your request in writing, specifying the action that you want the Promoter to take and enclose proof of your identity.
